Trip to Steamboat

Mom and I went to visit our friends Chelsea and Kenny on Thursday. I spent the night in the mountains. Mom had a great time visiting and learning how to make jewelry. We enjoyed a nice dinner where I got to sit at the table on Mom and Chelsea's laps and I watched the football game. I was tired of sitting in my chair, but was perfectly happy up on laps. We stayed up until midnight and left early in the morning for our long drive home. It was a beautiful drive. I was able to see beautiful trees as they are changing colors, listen to the river flow, and see a family of moose up on the top of Cameron Pass. Mom didn't get the best pictures of the trees, but she at least got a few. The trees near Walden were quite the sight. Also, I got to see many many big hay stacks. It was beautiful! I like going to the mountains, especially in the fall. Thanks for reading!
